    TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE HD-GABION ONLINE STORE

    1. General information

    1. The online store operating at: https://hd-gabion.eu (“Store”) is run by:

    2. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, concluding sales contracts, deliveries, payments, withdrawal from the contract, complaints, and electronic services.

    3. The Customer may contact the Seller on business days during the hours: [enter].

    4. The Seller sells products within the territory of Poland and (optionally) the EU – in accordance with the delivery settings in the Store.

    2. Definitions

    For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply, among others:

    1. Customer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit making a purchase.

    2. Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business activity.

    3. Entrepreneur with consumer rights – a natural person conducting sole proprietorship, where the contract is not of a professional nature for them (resulting in particular from PKD).

    4. Product – goods offered in the Store (e.g. gabion baskets, gabion fences, panels, posts, mounting accessories, etc.).

    5. Made-to-order / Personalized Product – a product manufactured according to the Customer’s specifications (e.g. dimensions, mesh, type of filling, non-standard elements).

    6. Business days – Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

    3. Technical requirements

    1. To use the Store, the following are required: a device with Internet access, a web browser, and an active e-mail account.

    2. The Store uses cookies – details are provided in the Privacy/Cookies Policy.

    4. Electronic services (account, forms, newsletter)

    1. The Store may enable:

    a) maintaining a Customer account,

    b) contact/quotation form,

    c) newsletter (if activated).

    2. Electronic services are provided free of charge for the duration of using the Store.

    3. The Customer may resign from electronic services at any time (e.g. deleting the account, unsubscribing from the newsletter).
